Renovation project: Pinnacle @ Duxton?

Dear potential clients at Pinnacle @ DUXTON,

I have several clients having new renovation projects in PINNACLE @ DUXTON.
The get-key period from HDB should be in this month.

It will be easier for me to do your project and I can almost guarantee ontime delivery of your house because
1) My team will all be in the same area, no need to round around Singapore so much.
2) Same period of work, so my supplier can delivery tiles and construction material at one time - I less headache in coordinating.
3) I less headache, so I can concentrate on doing your home up faster.
4) You can find me there most of the time because I got more projects there.

Very busy now.

Hello everybody.

This month I have many projects to handover, so I am very very busy.
I should be able to meet datelines (with slight delays at most) for these projects.
I will be more free after December, I hope to serve everyone better then.

I don't have time to respond to emails for quotations now, sorry about it.
If you have anything urgent, call me at my handphone faster, thanks.

AND No, I don't have 50 projects under me at any one time.
I not so crazy lah.

My Profile

Brief
My name is Jason Goh and I am a Renovation Contractor working at U and B Design and Renovation.
My company is a HDB registered company - HDB License No: HB-07-3395D

My History
I started as a carpenter when I was nine years old in 1972, and moved on to interior renovations in my early years up till today. My forte is in furniture and carpentry works, and I can design kitchen cabinets/wall cabinets/wardrobes in minutes - ask me and I can rattle off the measurements of cabinets customised to your needs!

I have nearly 40 years of experience in countless renovation projects from Singapore to many parts of West Malaysia.

In West Malaysia, I worked with Ray Design (INTERIOR DECORATORS & DESIGNERS) which is now based in International Plaza, 10 Anson Road. We did many many projects for homes and companies.

In Singapore, I did many projects for homes and companies as well.
Some companies I interior decorated for includes Raffles Hotel, Pioneer, Hitachi, and Panasonic.

I last worked at Fu Hua Interior Design owned by my brother (Ah Soon). I was responsible for doing the "final touch ups" of the home projects - this requires a lot of skills and work especially when there were inexperienced carpenters/tile-layers/painters who did a not-so-good job! I am very good at this, as I have to juggle more than 20 projects at any one time!

Request for Quotation

Follow these steps if you want a quotation for your renovation project.

1. Download a quotation template here (In google docs, click File>>Export>>.xls)
If you cannot open the file, kindly drop me an email and I will reply with the template.

2. Change the quotation template to fit your details
- Fill in your personal particulars and renovation particulars
- Change the existing renovation line items to suit your renovation requirements

3. Send the completed quotation together with your floorplan (if have) to my email at jason.ubreno@gmail.com
- In your email header, put "Request for Quotation"

4. I will contact you once I receive your email!
